Braised venison


  • Venison 1000g

  • Ginger 100g

  • Green onions 100g

  • Coriander 20g

  • Rice wine 30g

  • Potatoes 300g

  • Star anise 10g

  • Cumin 10g

  • Dried chili 5g

  • 0.5 cinnamon sticks

  • 2 bay leaves

  • salt 5g

  • Chicken powder 5g

  • White sugar 35g

  • Refined oil 100g

  • water 900g

  • Dark soy sauce 20g

  • Light soy sauce 15g


1. Wash and cut the venison into pieces, wash and cut all the ingredients into desired shapes.

2. After the large pot is heated, add the washed venison, stir-fry until it turns color, add all the seasonings and water, and simmer for 2 hours.

3. Simmer the washed and diced potatoes for another 20 minutes, then take them out of the pot and put them into dishes.
