Fish maw           20g

Cordyceps flower       1g

Astragalus           3g

Angelica           2g

Codonopsis pilosula           5g

Red dates           1

​Chicken soup           Appropriate amount

Method

1. Wash all the venison flying water, cordyceps flowers, etc.;

2. Place venison, cordyceps flowers, etc. into a stew pot, add chicken broth, put in a steamer and steam for more than 4 hours;

3. Season, add fish maw and simmer for 3 minutes;
