Deer Short Ribs with Pepper and Cumin


Deer rib        250g

Cumin powder        30g

Chili powder        5g

Oil               30g

Garlic           20g

Scallions           10g

Colorful pepper           30g

Loose meat powder       3g

​Yellow wine           5g


1. Cut the venison ribs into 3cm*2cm pieces and marinate with 3g pine meat powder and 5g rice wine;

2. Fry the deer steak until fragrant and drain;

3. Sauté minced garlic, green onion and chili until fragrant, add venison steak and sprinkle with cumin and chili powder;
