North and South Apricot Stewed Deer Pork Ribs Soup
Ingredients
Deer ribs 100g (4 pieces)
Ham pellets 20g (2 pieces)
Ginger grains 8g (2 pieces)
Chicken feet 8g (1 piece)
Ham pellets 3g (about 6 pellets)
Method
1. Cut the deer ribs into about 5 cm length pieces, rinse them with boiling water (drain the blood) and set aside.
2. Place ham cubes, chicken feet, northern and southern apricots, and boiled venison ribs in a stew pot.
3. Add Nongfu Spring water, cover the steamer and simmer for 6 hours.
